Corrections come first
If you are reporting something factually wrong, include the page and what specifically is off. That
gets fixed and dated faster than anything else in the inbox.
We cannot help with
- Account, deposit or withdrawal problems at a betting site. We're not the operator and we have no
access to your account, so contact that site's own support team directly. Keep a record of what you
sent and when, and quote the email address you registered with.
- Requests to place a bet, or for picks and tips on your behalf. We don't publish tips and we can't
place a bet for you.
- Recovering an account you've lost access to, or reversing a bet that has already settled. Both sit
entirely with the operator.
